Things that Make ya Go hmmmm.

Okay so here’s what's been happening in my house and maybe someone out there in the internet can help me explain the strange things going on.

So, I bought my oldest a Chinese mini sword with a stand. It’s very old since my oldest is in her mid-twenties. Throughout the last five to six years, my oldest and I have been living a bit of a nomad lifestyle, not by choice mind you. When we left from up North I had someone we could stay with until we got back on our feet, but this person ended up being a liar, and the shit we went through at her and her mother’s behest wasn’t the good life that was offered to us. Long story short no matter where we’ve gone the sword was always there. So, now in our new place, once we unpacked our meager belongings because we didn’t have space in my car. This person, whom I thought was a friend, promised she’d send our stuff. It never happened. Because of this person we lost everything we had packed. I don’t care much about my stuff, but baby pictures of my kids and some things I salvaged after the passing of my mother.

Anyway, let’s not get into that part of the story right now, but the small sword was here. I say, ‘was’ because the sword is now missing from my kid’s room. At first, I figured she had just misplaced it and I was sure it would show up. I mean it’s only her and I in the house and I sure as heck didn’t take it.

I believe in fairies and I know sometimes they are full of mischief. Throughout my life, these little creatures have taken things, but they have always returned them but not always in the same place. So thinking it might be them I brought some cute things to lure them out.

The sword has been missing for two weeks, and there is no sign that they will return it or even if they took it. But where did this sword go? The stand is still in the same spot on her window seal. Yesterday after she returned from work she asked me why I was in her room.

I told her I wasn’t in her room at all then asked her why. She explained that she found her stones laying on her bed in two piles.

Now I started to feel a bit freaked out. How did the stones get from her window seal onto her bed in two different piles? Suspect, right? The only people in the house is her and I and either of us moved the stones and the animals, well my cat Blue and my puppy Luna act like there is something there. Acting like they chase whatever it is all around the house and this behavior is pretty new as well. I totally believe that animals can sense spirits. Everything going on is only happening in my daughter’s room, especially near her window.

This morning I woke up and again she came to me and told that when she tried to open her window, she found it locked. She may close the window at a time, but never, never, did she lock it. And when she went to open her window it was locked. What is happening and what can I do to make it stop?

I am not sure we are dealing with harmless house fairies anymore. I don’t feel the heaviest darkness in my home and these incidents are circled around my daughter.

Have you dealt with this? What did you do?
